Rheel Talk w/ Ms. Yo is a safe virtual space where teens and young adults can come and spend time to learn how to handle real-life situations as their authentic selves.  

Our mission is to give you the tools to be able to graciously navigate the day-to-day obstacles without the fear & anxiety that happens to us all. 

Don’t worry if you are nervous, anxious, don’t like talking, or scared of meeting new people--It is a non-judgement, no expectation space. Your Space. It will be whatever YOU want it to be….and, uh..Yeah!
